How it works
We draft. You approve. It's live.
That's the whole service. Here it is in more detail, including the bits people ask about: setting up, your old website, your domain, and your Google listing.
Day to day
Something changes at your business: a new menu, a quiz night, a price, a new member of staff, your hours over Christmas. You tell us, in a sentence, from your phone. We write it the way you'd say it, using only what you've told us. We don't invent prices, times or events.
The draft waits for you. You read it, change a word if you want, and press approve. About 30 seconds later it's on your website. If you press "not that one", nothing changes and we redraft it.
Nothing goes out without your approval. That's not a setting; it's how the thing is built.

What's new
What we'd publish, in their words
Quiz night is back on Thursdays. Teams of up to six, a tenner a table, first question at eight. Winner takes the pot.
Setting up
You set it up yourself, online, in an afternoon.
- Pick your package on the pricing page: a new site or a takeover, Dispatch CM, the page types you need, a search plan if you want one.
- Tell us about your business. What kind of business, your opening hours, your menus or price list, your photos, the places you serve. A short set of questions about how you talk to customers, so the drafts sound like you and not like a brochure.
- Choose a direction. We show you a few versions of your new site, built from templates suited to your kind of business and filled with your facts. You say what you like and don't, a couple of times over, until it's right.
- Use it before it's live. Your site goes up on a private preview address and Dispatch CM is switched on. You can start approving updates straight away, before any domain work.
- Your domain. If you already have one, a guided screen shows you the two records to change at your registrar; we copy your existing records first so your email keeps working. This is the first of two moments where you'll deal with Liam as a person.
- Go live. Liam checks your Google Business Profile with you and presses launch. That's the second moment. From then on, it's the loop above.
During early access, steps 1 to 4 are done with Liam by email rather than fully online. The online version is what we're building now.
Already have a website?
We can take over almost any site. We copy the public content, keep your old addresses working so Google doesn't lose you, rebuild your forms, and keep the booking or shop system you already use, embedded in the new site. We don't build our own booking or shop systems unless you ask.
The only thing we say no to is rebuilding a full online shop. Everything else we'll tell you about up front when you check your website.
What you're not paying for
- Hosting. It's included, for as long as you stay.
- Plugin updates and security patches. Your site is static: there's nothing to patch.
- A retainer for changes. Changes are the service, at £30 a month.
- A minimum term. Monthly rolling; leave when you like, and the site and its content are yours.
Questions people ask
- Who writes the updates?
- Software drafts them from what you tell us, in your voice, and you approve every one. Liam reads what goes through and steps in when something needs a person. Nothing is published by a machine on its own.
- What if a draft is wrong?
- You press "not that one" and nothing changes on the site. Tell us what was off, and we redraft it. The approval step exists because drafts can be wrong.
- Can I write it myself?
- Yes. Edit the draft before approving, or type the update yourself. Approving is still the step that publishes it.
- Where is my data kept?
- Your site is served from Cloudflare's network. Your content and the drafts are kept on our servers in the United Kingdom, backed up nightly, and you can have a full export at any time. Details in the privacy policy.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your site stays live as it is, frozen, for 30 days so you can move it. The content and the site's source are yours to take.
