Terms
Last updated: 30 October 2026. These terms cover business use of Dispatch CM during early access. Dispatch CM is a business-to-business service: by accepting them you confirm you act in the course of a trade, business or profession.
1. What Dispatch CM is
Dispatch CM keeps your website up to date. You tell us what has changed; software drafts the update in your words from the facts you give; you approve it; it is published to your website, which we build or take over and host for you.
- Nothing is published without your approval. An update goes live only when one of your authorised users approves it.
- Drafts can be wrong. They are written from what you tell us and should be read before approval. That is what the approval step is for.
- You are the publisher. Responsibility for what you approve, including its accuracy and any rules that apply to your trade, stays with you.
2. Your website, your content
- Your content is yours: your text, photographs, menus, prices and anything you approve. We claim no rights beyond what is needed to run the service.
- The site's source is yours too. If you leave, you may take the site's source and content with you. The Dispatch CM software, templates' underlying code and our brand remain ours.
- Facts come from you. We do not invent prices, hours, events or claims. You confirm the facts you give us are true and that you hold the rights to the photographs you supply.
3. Hosting, domain and third parties
Hosting is included while you are a customer. Your domain stays registered in your name; where we manage its records we do so on your instruction. Booking systems, shop systems, Google Business Profile and social networks are connected with your own accounts and are subject to those services' terms.
4. Fees
Prices are those published on the pricing page at the time you join, exclusive of VAT where it applies. The monthly fee is billed monthly in advance; one-off fees are billed when the work starts. During early access, fees are agreed in writing (email is enough) before they apply. We give at least 30 days' notice of any change to the monthly fee.
5. Term and ending
Monthly rolling; there is no minimum term. You may end the service at any time with 30 days' notice. On ending, your site stays live as it is, frozen, for 30 days so you can move it, and you may request a full export of your content. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or at once if the service is used for anything unlawful.
6. Support
Email support is included. We reply within 24 hours on working days. Your site is monitored around the clock and we act on outages without waiting for you to report them.
7. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for loss caused by content you approved, by third-party services, or by matters outside our reasonable control. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Data protection
Personal data is handled as set out in the privacy policy and the list of who we share data with. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a data processing agreement forms part of these terms and is available on request.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain, without affecting any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where your business is established.
